NuMega Solutions is committed to customer satisfaction.
- All refused packages will be accepted back in stock, and a
refund will be processed within 1-3 business days for the merchandise
less 15% restocking fee and shipping charge. No exceptions.
- If product is being returned because the customer ordered the
wrong part, customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- Restocking fee for either non-defective, unused or unopened
items returned is 15%.
- If product is being returned as defective, and it is found
by NuMega Solutions not to be defective, customer will be charged
a 15% restocking fee or the product will be shipped back at customer’s
expense if it was received after 14 days from the date of invoice.
- Items returned without all accessories will be subject to a
15% restocking fee.
- If product is being returned because customer ordered the wrong
part, customer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and credit
will be issued at the current sales price if the returned product
was received after 14days from the date of purchase.
- SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!
- Any opened software will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Shipping of the product back to us in proper packaging is totally
customer’s responsibility. Product being returned in an envelope
or with insufficient packaging will be refused and warranty will
be voided. Please make sure the product is not moving around
freely in the box and is securely surrounded by packing material.
- Please use a carrier with tracking capability in which proof
of delivery is available.
- In case the package sent back to us is lost or damaged; the
shipper (sender) needs to file a claim with the carrier in order
to recover the funds. Responsibility for the package and its
contents in this case
Several manufacturers have imposed no-return restrictions on us
which requires us to adhere to the following return policy.
- All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against
defects. Due to certain manufacture’s return policies, you will
be required to contact those manufactures (including Apple, IBM,
Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, Sony and others) directly to repair,
replace or return your products. Please be sure to ask your sales
advisor about our warranty programs and specific return conditions
before you purchase.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization
(RA) Number. With manufactures allowance a Return Authorization
Number may be requested 14 days from the invoice date. After
14 days from your invoice date, you will be required to contact
the manufactures directly to repair, replace or return their
products.
- Please Keep All Boxes and Packing Intact.
- All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center
within 10 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Items
received after 10 days will be refused. All RA Numbers must appear
on the shipping labels we provide on the back of your labels
we provide on the back of your packing slip. PLEASE DO NOT MARK
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. All Items must be returned with original
packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories,
components, etc.
- Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original
item is received and inspected. Once the item has been confirmed
defective.
- Software: Only unopened packaged software is returnable up
to 14 days from invoice date. All other software is not returnable.
Software licensing products are not returnable.
- Unopened product: If the supplier’s factory seal is intact,
you may return an unopened product for exchange or refund within
14 days of your invoice date (if permitted by manufacture’s return
policy), subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer
is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return
shipments.
- Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result
in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee up to
30%, and possibly a refusal of your return.
Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date
that Micro Center receives the merchandise, and will be credited
to the credit card or debit card account used for the original purchase.
